Chris Brown Singing with Rihanna in Orlando Nightclub

Chris Brown didn't shy away when the DJ blasted a Rihanna song at an Orlando nightclub this weekend -- instead, he proudly sang along with EVERY lyric ... and TMZ has the footage.

It all went down at Club Vain on Sunday night during an NBA All--Star weekend finale party.

Chris was hanging on the main stage ... with everybody looking at him ... when Rihanna's "We Found Love" began to pump through the speakers ... and Chris made sure everyone knew he's a HUGE fan of the song.

It's the latest in what seems like a public reconciliation between the two sides -- earlier this month, the two collaborated on remixes of each other's songs. 

Madonna I Didn't Change 'Girls Gone Wild' 'Cause of Joe Whatshisname

Madonna did NOT change the name of "Girls Gone Wild" because of threats from "Girls Gone Wild" creator Joe Francis -- this according to her manager, Guy Oseary.

Oseary tells TMZ ... he found it laughable that Francis claimed victory after allegedly sending Madonna a cease and desist letter, ordering her not to perform her single "Girls Gone Wild" at the Super Bowl. In fact, Oseary says no one from team Madonna ever received the letter.

As for Madonna changing the name of the song to "Girl Gone Wild," Oseary says they've been tweaking the album for weeks, and decided to make the word "Girl" singular because that's the way Madonna sings it in the song.

Oseary says they have tweaked other titles on the album as well.

And Oseary scoffs at Francis' claim that he owns the title, "Girls Gone Wild," citing a Billboard story that claims there are 50 records called "Girls Gone Wild," including songs by Ludacris, Jagged Edge, T Mills, Lee Kernaghan, Lil Rick and Jackie Kashian.

And finally, Oseary says Madonna doesn't even know who Joe Francis is ... and claims she's completely unaware he's been making threats.

Take that, Joe Francis.

Lindsay Lohan I'll Joke About ANYTHING on 'Saturday Night Live'

Lindsay Lohan has been the butt of jokes on "Saturday Night Live" for years, but TMZ has learned that this coming Saturday ... the LiLo jokes will be made by Lindsay herself.

As TMZ first reported, Lindsay has been dying to do "SNL" as a way to re-establish her career and reached out to Lorne Michaels personally to make it happen.

According to our sources, Lindsay plans on using all the unpleasantness from the last few years as fodder for the show. We're told Lindsay has already told "SNL" that she is game for anything and nothing is off limits.

Our sources say Lindsay wants to show that she is "in on the joke" -- so expect to see references to any number of DUIs, alleged necklace thievery, jail stints, mug shots ... and on and on. 

Jennifer Lopez A Nip in the Air?

John Cena I'm Still Kicking Off Daytona!

WWE star John Cena will still wave the honorary green starter flag at the Daytona 500 tomorrow -- despite rumors the wrestling star would be forced to miss the race ... TMZ has learned.

In case you didn't know, the Daytona 500 was rained out today for the first time in its 54-year history and pushed back to tomorrow at noon.

There were several reports ... Cena would have to miss the race because he's also scheduled to appear at Monday Night RAW in Portland, Oregon.

But a rep for the WWE tells TMZ, "John Cena will still start the Daytona 500 off by waving the green flag and saying drivers start your engines."

The rep adds, "Shortly after he'll fly to Portland, Oregon to be at Monday Night RAW."

Busy day.

February 27, 7:20 AM PT -- The Daytona 500 start was pushed back to 7 P.M. Monday night which means Cena can no longer make an appearance at the race. 

Avril Lavigne In the Running for 'X Factor' Judge Job

With two judging slots to fill, it seems the folks at "X Factor" might not have to look far to fill one of the spots ... because former L.A. Reid protégé Avril Lavigne is interested in the gig ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Avril had her people reach out to the folks at "X Factor" to let them know she'd like to be considered for the job. Our sources says Avril feels that since she came up in the biz at such a  young age, she can mentor the kids on the show the right way.

We're told talks are already happening between the two sides.

Besides her connection to Reid, Avril performed on the finale of season one of "X Factor" with finalist Chris Rene.

Justin Bieber is pissed over a Beaver ... TMZ has learned.

Let us explain.  A company called RC3 has created a mobile app called Joustin' Beaver.  The app is a cartoon game, in which the user floats down a river, defending Joustin' from the phot-hogs.

Of course, the Beev looks like Biebs, and that has rankled him so, his lawyers have fired off a cease and desist letter to RC3, demanding they cease production and sales, stat.   Lawyers for Justin (the person) want the app removed from iTunes and they want an accounting of all revenues collected by RC3. 

But RC3 says hogwash and will continue selling the 99 cent app, claiming it's a parody and therefore protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution.

Chris Brown L.A. Prosecutor Keeping Close Eye on Miami Case

Chris Brown is being watched ... watched closely by the D.A. who prosecuted him for beating Rihanna ... because the latest incident in Miami could trigger a full court press in L.A. to send Brown to prison.

Sources tell us ... the L.A. District Attorney's Office is well aware of the robbery-by-snatching investigation of Brown in Florida ... and they're waiting for the L.A. County Probation Dept. to recommend what action, if any, should be taken.

In case you forgot ... and how could you forget? ... Brown was sentenced to 5 years probation for beating Rihanna in 2009 ... and one of the terms is that he obey all laws.

If officials determine the allegations against Brown are true -- that he "snatched" a cell phone from a woman in Florida -- his probation could be revoked and he could be thrown in prison for 4 years.

As TMZ first reported, an arrest warrant has not been issued in Florida ... at least not yet.

DMX I Hate Drake's Voice, His Face ... I Even Hate His HAIRCUT

Somebody call the paramedics ... because Drake just got BURNED -- courtesy of rap legend DMX, who claims he can't stand ANYTHING about the young MC ... right down to the kid's haircut.

DMX stopped by Power 105.1 in New York today where he unloaded on the rapper -- claiming, "I don’t like anything about Drake. I don’t like his voice. I don’t like what he talks about. I don’t like his face. I don’t like the way he walks. I don’t like his haircut."

X doesn't elaborate on the source of his hatred -- but insists he's cool with Drake's mentor Lil Wayne ... whose Young Money label signed Drake in 2009.

DMX also bashes Rick Ross -- saying, "He just talks about eating too much. How much can a n**** eat?"

NBA Star Chris Bosh Hauls Baby Mama to Court Hours After All-Star Game

Chris Bosh says his baby mama is doing everything she can to destroy his relationship with his daughter -- and the latest evidence is that she only wanted to let Chris see the child a grand total of 22 hours in February.

Bosh -- who is slated to play in the All-Star Game Sunday in Orlando -- will be in an Orlando family court first thing Monday morning, asking a judge to either force Allison Mathis to give him "meaningful time" with his 3-year-old daughter or hold Mathis in contempt for denying him that.

According to the docs, Mathis is supposed to hand the child over to Chris 12 days a month, but it hasn't happened ... not even close.

Rihanna & Chris Brown Friends SCRAMBLING To Stop Blossoming Relationship

Chris Brown and Rihanna are dangerously close to getting back together, sources close to the ex-couple tell TMZ -- but the singers' friends are desperately trying to keep them apart ... for their own good.

According to sources, Rihanna is still head over heels for Chris -- despite that fateful night 3 years ago when he brutalized her -- and if it weren't for the media and her fans, she would already have taken him back.

We're told Chris also has extremely strong feelings for Rihanna -- current girlfriend be damned.

Now, sources tell us, Rihanna and Chris' friends are terrified they'll get back together -- and they're doing everything they can to prevent a possible reunion.

According to sources, friends on BOTH sides have expressed extremely strong reservations to Ri and CB about spending so much time together ... warning it's a terrible idea ... personally AND professionally.

But with Rihanna's birthday ... Chris and Rihanna's duets released this week ... friends fear they're fighting an uphill battle.

Lindsay Lohan Social Life Is Back on Track Too

Just hours after getting a glowing review from Judge Sautner at her probation progress report hearing, Lindsay Lohan was back in black on the red carpet at an Oscars art event in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

If Linds passes her last progress hearing on March 29th by completing 14 days of community service and 5 therapy sessions, she'll be able to once again party responsibly in peace ... if she obeys all laws.

Judge to Lindsay: 'You're in the Home Stretch!'

Lindsay Lohan just got yet another rave review from Judge Stephanie Sautner during her probation progress report hearing this AM -- as Sautner proudly announced, "You're in the home stretch!"

Sautner was impressed -- that for the 3rd time in a row, Lindsay completed her required community service and therapy sessions.

Sautner gushed, "You seem to be getting your life back on track."

Lindsay has ONE MORE progress hearing set for March 29th -- by which date she must complete her final 14 days of community service at the L.A. County morgue, and 5 more therapy sessions.

If she stays on track, Lindsay will be placed on informal probation, meaning all she has to do is obey all laws.

Then again, that's been a tall order in the past.


TMZ obtained a copy of Lindsay's latest probation progress report ...and according to the document she still owes $3500 in community service fees related to the jewelry theft case. The original debt was $3900.

As for how Lindsay's been able to turn her life around -- her lawyer Shawn Holley shared an interesting theory with us on her way out of court today (below) ... and she might just be on to something ...

Lindsay Lohan Judge Sautner's Tough Love Saved My Career!

Judge Stephanie Sautner's zero-tolerance, no-BS attitude saved Lindsay Lohan's career -- at least that's what the actress is telling friends.

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, LiLo wasn't a big fan of Sautner in the beginning -- but she now realizes that without Sautner laying out a blueprint for success ... she never would've gotten her act together.

We know ... the judge met with the prosecutor and Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, before LiLo was sentenced and decided it was unwise to do what the other judges had ordered -- requiring Lindsay to perform hundreds of hours of community service within a year. 

The judge and Holley realized Lindsay needed more rigid structure -- each month she'd be required to come to court and show she's completed the latest installment of community service, and if she didn't she was going directly to jail.

It worked. 

What's more ... Lindsay actually gets it and realizes the only reason new opportunities have surfaced -- including "Saturday Night Live" and a new Liz Taylor movie -- is because producers are watching and think she's turned it around.

Lindsay is in court today at 10 AM PT. We're told she performed her latest installment of community service at the morgue and she'll get another glowing review from Judge Sautner.

Lindsay Lohan ain't no slacker -- TMZ has learned, the actress is studying up hardcore for her new movie role ... doing everything she can to accurately portray a young Elizabeth Taylor.

In case you haven't heard -- Lindsay just inked a deal with Lifetime to play Liz Taylor in the network's new made-for-TV biopic called "Liz and Dick." Production is scheduled to kick off late March, after Lindsay's probation is terminated.

Lindsay is telling friends, she's taking her new gig extremely seriously -- "obsessing over getting the part right" for the film.

According to sources, Lindsay is doing nothing but watching old Liz Taylor movies to help her recreate the Hollywood icon's posture, speech, and every other little detail.

We're told Lindsay has also been watching old Liz interviews online and reading a bunch of Liz biographies.

Lifetime is taking a hard stance with Lindsay too -- demanding she complete ALL her probation requirements before filming begins ... which Lindsay has promised to do.

Rihanna and Chris Brown have reconciled ... at least professionally ... because the former couple have collaborated on 2 brand new songs.

It's only been 3 years since Brown pummeled Rihanna's face during a late night argument in L.A. ... but the singer and her ex-con ex-BF have each released songs featuring the other's voice. One is a remix of Rihanna's song, "Birthday Cake" and the other is a new version of Chris Brown's, "Turn Up the Music (below)."

Akon Sued Over $51k Construction Bill Pay Up Right Na Na Na Na Na

Akon is up to his neck in $51,000 of construction bills on his Georgia mansion ... and he still hasn't paid up -- this according to a new lawsuit filed by a local contracting company.

Southern Electric filed the lawsuit against Akon in Georgia Superior Court, claiming it completed over $344,000 of work on Akon’s place -- electric work, framing, molding -- but he refused to pay $51,941 on their final invoice.

According to the suit, Southern Electric contacted Akon’s mommy last November ... not just to tattle, but because his mother was acting as his agent in the deal ... but still, S.E. has not received a dime.

They’re now suing for breach of contract for the amount allegedly owed, plus interest.

FYI -- Akon’s Georgia palace is a two-story four-bedroom, eight-bath model that he forked over 1.65-MILLION clams for.  Calls to his rep have not been returned.

One day after tying the knot in Hawaii, Elizabeth Smart flaunted her brand new wedding ring while holding hands with brand new hubby Matthew Gilmour yesterday.

This is the first pic of the 24-year-old Brigham Young student since her Saturday wedding at a Mormon temple on Oahu's North Shore.

Smart and 22-year-old Gilmour dated for a year ... and were engaged for a month ... before tying the knot. 

Smart made headlines back in 2002 when, at age 14, she was kidnapped from her home and held captive for 9 months by a sexually abusive psychopath. She was rescued after a biker noticed her abductor, Brian David Mitchell, attempting to conceal Smart's identity while traveling around Utah.

Last year, Mitchell was sentenced to life in prison for the kidnapping.

Elton John Cancels Vegas Concerts -- I Was POISONED!

Elton John had a crappy weekend ... a very crappy weekend ... because the Rocket Man came down with a nasty case of food poisoning ... TMZ has learned.

E.J. was supposed to perform at Caesars Palace in Vegas this past Friday and Saturday night ... but the singer had to back out when something he ate ... backfired.

Elton's rep tells us John is doing "much better now" ... and will be ready to go in time for his next concert later this week .... in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Vanessa Bryant Shops for NY Apartment Bye, Bye, L.A.?

Vanessa Bryant and her kids were in New York City over the weekend, looking for a big ol' apartment ... TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell us ... Vanessa won't say if she's packing up and moving from California -- but she definitely wants to buy a place in NYC.

It's not exactly a sign that she's reconciling with Kobe Bryant, even though the two were kissing after the Lakers game on Valentine's Day.

Vanessa now owns 3 estates in Newport Beach, after Kobe transferred title to her as part of their divorce -- which has not yet become final.  And, as we first reported, Vanessa will score a total of $75 mil in the settlement.

As for whether Vanessa would move away from California ... we're told she thinks Lakers fans and Lakers wives don't like her -- at least that's the way she perceives it.

No doubt ... if Vanessa did move, it would royally screw Kobe up.  He still loves her, wants her back, and doesn't want his kids to live across the country.

Our real estate sources say Vanessa made it clear -- Kobe knows she's shopping in the Big Apple.

Clint Eastwood tells TMZ ... he hasn't been impressed with an American president in quite a while ... dating all the way back to one Harry S. Truman.

Eastwood was leaving the Beverly Wilshire hotel this weekend -- where Obama stays when he's in town -- when we asked the Hollywood legend to pick his favorite U.S. president of all time.

Clint said he was a big fan of Washington and Lincoln and then asked, "You mean in our life time?"

Eastwood then explained, "I think Truman because he got mad at the people who bum wrapped his daughter."

A 5-minute sex tape featuring the late Nate Dogg and an unidentified female lover has surfaced ... and it's being shopped to various media outlets ... TMZ has learned.

We've seen the tape -- shot several years ago -- and it's pretty much what you'd expect ... a lot of sex ... two different positions ... and a sexy Luther Vandross soundtrack.

Cyrus showed up at Studio City Tattoo at around 8:00 PM last night with a few friends, including BF Liam Hemsworth (see below).

Kobe Bryant to Vanessa I Won't Cheat Ever Again!!!

Kobe Bryant is making a full court press to save his marriage ... and has sworn up and down to Vanessa he will never stray again if she takes him back.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... Kobe has "aggressively" pursued Vanessa over the last three weeks, and she's been receptive. We're told Vanessa tends to believe Kobe, but still isn't sure the marriage can be resurrected.  

And then there's the subject of lavish gifts.  We're told Kobe has given Vanessa a very expensive piece of jewelry. We don't know the price, nor do we know how it compares to the $4 million ring she scored after Kobe's infamous dalliance a few years back.

As for whether they will drop the divorce, we're told they are working on a reconciliation.  Several sources very familiar with the couple told us at the time Vanessa filed legal docs not to be surprised if the papers are withdrawn ... because they both really love each other.

DMX Accused of Owing $1 MILLION In Child Support

DMX has been accused of owing more than $1 million in back child support -- but TMZ has learned, the rapper ain't convinced the woman pointing the finger is really his baby mama.

X's ex, Patricia Trejo, was in L.A. Superior Court Thursday morning, arguing against a motion DMX filed in their ongoing paternity case -- in which the rapper asked the court for permission to perform in Europe.

You see, in paternity cases where significant child support is owed, the owing parent is prohibited from obtaining a passport without a court order -- and X wants a special dispensation.

But Patricia put her foot down in court Thursday -- claiming DMX owed $1 million in unpaid child support, going back to her daughter's birth over ten years ago ... and she was tired of waiting around.

Now here's the twist -- DMX tells TMZ, he hasn't paid because he's not convinced the girl is his ... and wants a DNA test to prove paternity before he starts handing over cash.
