Ashlee Simpson & Pete Wentz Officially Divorced

They said it wouldn't last ... and they were right -- because Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson are officially divorced ... after a judge signed off on the split.

According to court docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ ... the marriage was formally terminated on November 22 ... after a 3-and-a-half year run.

As for the couple's kid -- Bronx Mowgli -- it's unclear how the couple settled their custody disagreement ... because the details of the divorce settlement are being kept under wraps.  TMZ previously reported, Pete wanted joint custody of their son ... but Ashlee had checked the box to get primary physical custody.

The former couple also worked out a secret deal regarding the division of their multi-million dollar empire.

As we previously reported, Wentz chalked up the split to the couple simply growing apart.

Justin & Selena Secret Wedding Trip to Cabo

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez snuck down to Mexico yesterday for a very private wedding -- but put away the pitchforks, Bieber fans ... they're not the ones tying the knot.

TMZ has learned ... the duo flew south of the border to attend the wedding of one of Selena's friends Shannon Larossi -- a costume designer Selena met on the Disney show "Wizards of Waverly Place."

Selena's one of the bridesmaids -- and we're told, she even plans to sing at the nuptials.

As for Justin -- we're told he'll just be a regular super-famous guest ... not a performer. 

Abigail Breslin $65,000 for 4 HOURS of Acting

Abigail Breslin's hourly rate is $16,250 -- at least when she's doing voice work for her new animated movie "Zambezia" ... this according to her contract for the film.

TMZ has obtained 15-year-old Breslin's payment agreement with film producers -- and according to the docs, she earned a grand total of $65,000 for one 4-hour recording session ... voicing the character of Zoe, an adorable bird (right).

It's not Abigail's only massive payday this year either -- back in May she signed a one-week contract for the upcoming movie "New Year's Eve" ... worth $275,000.

Backstreet Boy A.J. McLean Blood-Spattered Wedding Invites

He's getting married next week ... but Backstreet Boy A.J. McLean has blood on his mind -- sending out death-themed invitations that look like they were designed by Ed Hardy and Dracula ... and we got pics.

A.J. and his GF Rochelle Karidis are set to tie the knot on December 17 -- presuming all his guests aren't completely freaked out by the invites ... which contain bloody lettering and creepy gothic imagery.

The ceremony will take place at the Beverly Hills Hotel -- and celeb photographer Tyler Shields is officiating.

Don't get your hopes up for pics though -- according to the invites, all cell phones and cameras are banned.

Ex-Miss USA Rima Fakih WASTED During DUI Arrest ... According to Cops

2010 Miss USA Rima Fakih was HAMMERED when cops arrested her for DUI this weekend ... this according to Michigan police.

According to the police report, obtained by the AP, Fakih was initially stopped when officers noticed the 26-year-old speeding and weaving through traffic in Detroit early Saturday morning.

Cops say Fakih "immediately identified herself as Miss USA."

According to the report, Fakih took a breathalyzer and blew more than TWICE the legal limit --  once blowing a .19 and then a .20. The legal limit in MI is .08.

Officers claim they also found a half-empty bottle of wine on the floorboard behind the driver's seat.

Fakih was arrested on suspicion of DUI. If convicted, Fakih could face some serious jail time.

"X-Factor" cast-off Drew Ryniewicz is lashing back after some deranged fans threatened to kill  Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger last week -- telling TMZ, she has no hard feelings against the judges for dumping her ... and her fans shouldn't either.

As we previously reported, Paula and Nicole received an avalanche of death threats on Facebook and Twitter after they agreed to vote the 14-year-old off Thursday night.

Among the threats ... "F**K you paula you dumb c**t you voted off the most talented person on your f**king show. i hope you die you DUMB B***H."

The judges were shocked by the firestorm of hatred -- and Drew tells us, she was too ... "That's not what I represent and that's not what I want my fans to represent."

Drew adds, "No one deserves death threats."

According to court docs obtained by TMZ ... Rice claims he was all set to unload his massive home in Atherton, CA (which Forbes ranked as the 2nd most expensive ZIP code in the US in 2010) ... when the buyers decided to pull out at the last minute.

It's a pretty kick ass home -- with 6-bedrooms, 11 baths, a gym and a movie theater. And according to the docs, Jerry was willing to throw in some of his stuff to sweeten the $11 million deal ... including a treadmill, a pilates machines, 2 animal print chairs and more.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the buyers signed a contract in which they agreed to close the house by July 15, 2011... or else forfeit a $330,000 deposit.

Buuuuuuut ... Rice claims the buyers couldn't seal the deal by the deadline ... and BOOM -- now he's suing so he can keep the money without having to sell them the house. Sounds like a great deal for Rice.

Attempts to reach the buyers were unsuccessful. 

DMX Rollin' With the Troops

DMX is continuing to clean up his image (just not literally this time) as a concert in Texas turned into a visit to injured soldiers.

X was doing a show in San Antonio last Thursday, when a fan asked if he would visit the troops at nearby Fort Sam Houston. X said yes ... and actually kept his word, showing up the next day and playing a little wheelchair basketball with some of the guys (see X score below).

DMX told us, "It made my day as much as it did their day. One told me that I gave him the best early Christmas gift he ever got and that has me still smiling."

'X-Factor' Judges Paula & Nicole Targeted by Death Threats After Eliminating Drew

"X-Factor" hosts Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger voted off the wrong contestant Thursday night -- at least according to several angry Drew Ryniewicz fans ... whose violent threats have Paula and Nicole fearing for their lives.

According to our sources, Paula and Nicole both got the cold shoulder from Simon Cowell after the show ... who was "furious" with their decision. But that's nothing compared to the abusive tweets and Facebook messages they've received. Some of the messages read:

-- "F**K you paula you dumb c**t you voted off the most talented person on your f**king show. i hope you die you DUMB B***H."

-- "I hope you die, you selfish----------"

-- "@NicoleScherzy @paulaabdul go die"

Sources on the show tell us Paula and Nicole are shocked by the harassing messages and neither has experienced a reaction so strong before.

Johnny Depp Bodyguards Accused of Tackling Disabled Woman

Johnny Depp's hired muscle put a handicapped woman in the hospital Thursday night -- this according to a police report filed by the woman in question.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... 52-year-old Robyn Ecker filed the report claiming she was celebrating her husband's birthday at the Iggy Pop concert in L.A. -- treating him to $600-a-pop seats at the Palladium ... and Johnny was seated right beside her, surrounded by bodyguards.

Ecker claims she was having a blast, dancing her face off ... when she accidentally strayed a little too close to Johnny's table.

According to Ecker, Depp's bodyguards pounced on her out of nowhere -- grabbing her wrists and wrestling her to the ground. Soon as she regained composure, Ecker says she left and got herself checked out at the hospital.

Ecker's assistant tells TMZ, Robyn and her party had been drinking during the evening. Law enforcement sources tell us, Robyn appeared wasted when she made the report.

Attempts to reach Depp's people were unsuccessful.

Usher's Ex-Wife to Judge Drug Test Him NOW Before It's Too Late

Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond is freaking out that testing the singer for drugs will soon be useless -- because the more time that passes, the more time Usher has to cleanse his system of illicit substances.

In case you haven't been following -- Tameka demanded Usher take a drug test recently because she thinks the singer is popping pills and who-knows-what-else around their kids.

Usher refused on grounds Tameka's demands were "frivolous and unfounded" and only intended to “harass and embarrass” the singer -- but now, Tameka is taking her case back to the judge in the ex-couple's custody war, pleading with the court to force Usher to take the test despite his refusal.

And according to the docs, Tameka wants the court to make it snappy -- claiming, any further delay will allow Usher to "cleanse" any evidence of drugs from his system.

So far, no word back from Usher's reps.

Khloe Kardashian Transgender Woman Sues for Assault

Khloe Kardashian is being sued by a transgender woman who claims Khloe beat the crap out of her outside a Hollywood nightclub.

Chantal Spears -- also know as Ronald Spears -- claims on December 5, 2009, Khloe violently struck her "in and about her body," causing serious injuries.

TMZ broke the story ... the incident occurred outside Playhouse nightclub on Hollywood Blvd., after Chantal/Ronald allegedly walked up to Lamar and told him he was "too young to be married."


Chantal/Ronald told cops at the time,  Khloe "pushed and hit me."  No one was arrested or cited.

Chantal/Ronald says in her lawsuit she did not provoke anyone.

She's asking for unspecified damages.

No comment so far from Khloe.

Lady Gaga can pour Cheerios all over her wet, naked body as long as she wants -- the cereal company tells TMZ, the singer's controversial new music video is all just freedom of expression.

If you haven't seen Gaga's new video for "Marry the Night," you're missing out on 14 minutes of naked, avant-garde weirdness ... including a scene where she empties a box of cheerios on her naked body.

A rep for Cheerios tells us, the cereal company had nothing to do with the video -- but it also has no plans to pursue legal action.

The rep tells us, "We feel that people express their passion in a lot of different ways ... This was certainly a first!"

According to official records, Ricky's trying to score a hefty profit on the estate -- because he bought it in 2005 for $10,000,000 .. and now he's listed the house at $12.5 mil.

The place is pretty sick -- boasting 7 beds, 10 baths, a swimming pool ... and it's located in one of the ritziest parts of Miami Beach, close to Miami Heat superstars Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh.

As for Ricky, neighbors tell us he was a great neighbor -- and they're sad to see him leave.

Sources close to the plastic factory tell TMZ ... Mattel has already begun production on ONE single Nicki doll and and ONE single Katy doll.

We're told Nicki's doll will include "every signature detail, right down to the tattoo on Nicki's left arm."

The Nicki doll will be auctioned off online on Dec. 7 -- and proceeds will benefit the Project Angel Food organization.
