Lindsay Lohan Prosecutor She Violated Probation Send Her to JAIL!

The L.A. City Attorney's Office -- which prosecuted Lindsay Lohan in her shoplifting case -- will ask the judge tomorrow to violate Lindsay's probation and send her to jail ... sources tell TMZ.  

Our City Attorney sources say the prosecutor will argue to Judge Stephanie Sautner that Lindsay's conduct that caused her to get booted from the Downtown Women's Center -- where she was doing community service -- is squarely a violation of her probation.

The City Attorney will ask the judge to violate her probation and then sentence her to jail, although our sources would not reveal how much jail time the prosecutor is seeking.

Selena Gomez Target of Serious Death Threat

Justin Bieber's girlfriend Selena Gomez has received a death threat that is so serious ... the LAPD's Threat Management Unit is on the case, and Selena has obtained a restraining order ... this according to court documents.

46-year-old Thomas Brodnicki -- a man with a criminal history of stalking -- allegedly told his shrink he was going to kill Selena.

According to the declarations of Selena and her lawyer, Blair Berk ... Brodnicki told the shrink he traveled from Chicago to L.A. to meet her, visited her workplace at least 3 times and has told people he had conversations with God about killing her.  Selena says she is in "extreme fear," believing he will carry out his death threat against her if he isn't stopped.

Selena and her lawyer claim Brodnicki was picked up for mental evaluation last month after he allegedly threatened to "scratch people's eyes out on the street."  Brodnicki allegedly made the threats against Gomez during his mental evaluation.

According to court docs, LAPD detectives are taking the threats "extremely seriously" because of Brodnicki's history of mental illness and making criminal threats.

A man who claims to have hacked the emails and cell phones of numerous celebrities -- including those who were hacked by the Hackerazzi who now faces criminal charges -- has given TMZ a road map on how he did the dirty deed.

A man who has been contacting TMZ for nearly two years -- trying to peddle multiple celeb images, including nude pics of Scarlett Johansson -- has revealed how he hacked Miley Cyrus' Gmail account.

The man says he simply went to Miley's Gmail and tried accessing it. The prompt asked a security question ... the name of one of her girlfriends. He guessed the one she's known the longest, based on a Google search -- and he scored.

He says, "When I saw that, I couldn't believe it."

As for who the man is ... we've never met him, but it could be Christoper Chaney using a different email address.

Bradley Cooper & Jennifer Lopez 'Casually Dating'

Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lopez are not a couple just yet ... but a source close to the pair tells TMZ they are indeed "casually dating."

As TMZ first reported, the two went on a dinner date in New York City last month. They had not been spotted out again until yesterday -- when a photo surfaced of Bradley Cooper driving an SUV and a woman who certainly looked like JLo ... covering her face in the passenger seat.

According to our sources, the woman in the photo is definitely JLo. We're told the two enjoy each other's company but are keeping things simple for now.

So while they aren't boyfriend/girlfriend yet, our sources say "they are definitely dating."

Lindsay Lohan Could Get More Than a Year Behind Bars

Lindsay Lohan could be sentenced to nearly a year-and-a-half in jail if Judge Stephanie Sautner decides she violated her probation ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the computations are complicated, because Lindsay has had so many cases.  But based on the 120 day suspended sentence for shoplifting, time served under house arrest, and her prior DUIs, Lindsay could be thrown in jail for a long, long time.

We've learned Lindsay MUST be in court Wednesday to face the judge ... and the judge has lots of questions, including why Lindsay was a no-show 9 times at the Downtown Women's Center, where she was performing her community service.  And the judge will almost certainly want to know why Lindsay didn't comply with the order to spend a minimum of 4 hours at a time when she showed up at the Women's Center.

TMZ broke the story, Lindsay was booted from the Women's Center because of all the problems and reassigned to the American Red Cross.

And one more thing.  The judge will almost certainly ask Lindsay why she didn't meet with her shrink every Monday for 1 hour, as required by court order.  Lindsay claims she did a bunch of therapy sessions by phone.
