Dwight Howard's Ex Our Custody Judge Has a Baby Mama Bias!

The mother of NBA star Dwight Howard's son wants the judge in their custody case removed stat ... because she claims he has it out for women who have children out of wedlock with NBA stars.

Royce Reed is battling Dwight in court in an effort to retain primary custody of their son. Dwight filed docs earlier this month to try and wrangle custody from her ... claiming she interferes with his relationship with their son and makes it difficult for him to see the boy on his scheduled days.

The "Basketball Wives" star came back this week with a motion of her own ... to have Judge Tim Shea taken off the case. She claims he has a bias against baby mamas and she fears he may side with Dwight because he's a local celebrity.

In her filing, Reed claims Shea wouldn't let her present her side during a court hearing last month. Reed's lawyer also filed an affidavit saying that during the hearing, Judge Shea said he would award Howard custody, then decided to delay his decision ... despite the fact no evidence had been presented.

Reed also claims there might be a conflict of interest since Shea's own website lists one of Howard's lawyers, Mayanne Downs, as one of his endorsers (see below).

Mike Tyson First Las Vegas, Then ... BROADWAY!!!

Mike Tyson is best known for taking a bite out of a guy's ear, but now he has his sights set on taking a bite of the Big Apple -- he wants to take his one-man Las Vegas show ... to Broadway!

Sources close to the boxing legend tell TMZ that even though the show has yet to open in Sin City, Iron Mike wants to take it on tour and then tackle the Great White Way. We're told Tyson has always wanted to do a show on Broadway, and he feels this could be his chance.

According to our sources, Tyson and his people are waiting to see how the Vegas show sells first before planning a tour of any kind (with NYC being the main stop). We're told the show has sold well so far, but hasn't sold out yet.

"Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth" runs from April 13-18 at the MGM Grand.

Kim K and Kris Humphries Annulment is the Sticking Point

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are both willing to end their marriage with an annulment, but each is insisting that the other confess to fraud -- and that's what is holding up their settlement.

Sources connected to the former couple tell TMZ ... Kim would be happy to annul the marriage, if Kris will admit he defrauded her by promising to live with her in Hollywood and then demanding that she move to Minnesota -- something we told you about last October.

As we first reported, Kris wants Kim to admit fraud -- that she never had any intention of making this a real marriage ... something Kim has adamantly denied.

We're told Kim will open the vault and spend anything it takes to win this case if Kris insists that she confesses fraud.

As for money ... we've already told you Kris is demanding $7 million from Kim -- something Kim thinks is absurd since he MADE money off the wedding and the reality show PLUS they have a prenup which gives Kris a big fat zero.

Paris Hilton Escapes MASSIVE Brawl ... Caught on Tape!

Paris Hilton left Madeo in the nick of time ... 'cause as she was pulling out of the restaurant in her red Ferrari last night ... a HUGE brawl broke out in the middle of the street ... and it was all captured on tape.

It all started when a valet and a paparazzo (not ours) ... started yelling at each other ... and the valet straight up BITCH SLAPS the pap right in the face.

The pap drops his gear and goes after the valet ... and during the melee, they knock into a man and his date ... who had just finished dining and were waiting at the valet stand.

The male patron flips out ... and unleashes a fists-of-fury style beatdown on the photog ... while his date calmly gets into the waiting car.

After the pap runs out of steam, the patron moves to get into his waiting Mercedes ... but not before yelling out one final taunt.

No word if the patron ever got around to tipping the valet.

According to sources, the owner drove the car to Miley's house so she could take a closer look -- and she inspected the car inside and out ... wearing a pair of denim short-shorts, a vintage Beatles t-shirt, and ZERO lady support.

The car was on sale for $23,000 -- a steal if you ask us -- but in the end, we're told Miley passed on it ... because the price tag was a bit too high.
