Lindsay Lohan was so spooked by her recent run-in with a trespasser at her home ... she has decided to move out of her Venice Beach pad for good, TMZ has learned.

A moving van showed up at Lindsay's house today -- and we're told all her stuff is being taken to a storage facility, until she figures out her next move.

And get this ... we're told by sources directly connected with LiLo ... the move could be cross-country -- she's seriously thinking of living in New York City when her probation is terminated at the end of March.

In the meantime, Lindsay is living at the swanky Chateau Marmont -- made famous by John Belushi who OD'd there in 1982.

It's pretty pricey ... but Lindsay's got Playboy money.

Gabriel Aubry She's Not Heavy ... She's His Daughter

Gabriel Aubry kept a tight grip on 3-year-old Nahla today in West Hollywood.

Gabriel and baby mama Halle Berry are waiting for the judge's ruling in their child custody war. TMZ broke the story ... everyone is going to counseling and the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services has recommended that the judge implement more than a dozen recommendations to lower the volume.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry Counseling for Everyone

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have been urged to get some serious counseling for the benefit of Nahla, but their marathon court hearing today was contentious and largely unproductive ... law enforcement sources connected with the case tell TMZ.

We've learned the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services submitted more than a dozen recommendations to the judge, including mediation ... in which a 3rd party would sit with Halle and Gabriel and try to figure out how they can peacefully raise their child.  We're told Halle was receptive but Gabriel wasn't.

And our sources say ... Halle agreed to continue her individual counseling, which will help her deal with what has become an impossible situation.

As for Gabriel, he's agreed to counseling for his anger issues.

And, as we first reported, both parties agreed today to send 3-year-old Nahla to counseling.

We're told the judge did not make any decision on the fate of the nanny, whom Gabriel wants fired.

And the judge hasn't ruled on Halle's request to keep Gabriel from Nahla until the child endangerment investigation runs its course.

Sources say Gabriel has objected to most of the recommendations and the judge is on the verge of holding a full hearing -- similar to a trial -- so he can firmly call the shots.

Rumer Willis The Demi Moore Rehab Mystery

Rumer Willis knows if her mother Demi Moore has entered a rehab center for substance abuse ... and Saturday night she MAY have revealed the truth on camera.

Rumer was arriving to Comme Ca restaurant in West Hollywood ... when a paparazzo asked her, "Is Demi in rehab?"

It sounds like Rumer says, "No" ... but her purse was over her face, so it's hard to tell if Rumer said the word ... or if it came from another woman in the area.

Lorenzo Lamas' Son Accused of Terrorizing Ex-Girlfriend

A.J. Lamas -- a reality show staple and son of Lorenzo Lamas -- has been accused by his ex-girlfriend of breaking into her home and holding her at bay in the bathroom.

Jessie Schulman filed legal docs asking for a restraining order, claiming she broke up with A.J. and moved on to a new relationship.

Jessie says on January 11 at 2 AM, she was at home with her boyfriend when A.J. suddenly appeared outside her window.  She says she yelled at him to leave, but instead he broke through the window screen and entered the house.

According to the legal docs, A.J. started yelling at Jessie and tried to lock the two of them in the bathroom so he could have a captive audience to speak his mind.

Jessie says she talked him into leaving the house, but before he made his exit he made a pit stop at the fridge and grabbed a bottle of liquor.

A.J. may know his whiskey, but he doesn't know Jack about relationships.

Rolling Stones Urinals Pissing Off German Women

The famous mouth-shaped urinals in a Rolling Stones memorabilia museum in Germany are in hot water … after several women complained the pee receptacles are demeaning to females.

According to German reports, roughly 12 women have complained about the urinals … calling for their removal.

One angry lady claims her beef stems from the tongue … or lack thereof … saying, “If it had been based on the emblem of the Stones with the tongue, it would have been OK. But the tongue's been left out and they really look like women's mouths."

For the record, the urinals have been stirring up controversy for years – Virgin Airlines scrapped plans to install a pair at JFK airport in 2004. It’s unclear if they were modeled directly after the famous Stones logo.

Despite the pushback, the owner of the museum says he won’t budge … saying, “They were damned expensive and they're staying where they are … That's final."

Judge to Allen Iverson: I'm Garnishing Your Wages to Pay Back Your Jeweler

Allen Iverson's bank account has been commandeered by a Georgia judge ... who's garnishing the former NBA star's earnings so A.I. can repay a 6-figure debt to his flashy GA jeweler. 

According to court papers obtained by TMZ ... Iverson was sued back in 2010 for allegedly stiffing Aydin & Company Jewelers on a $375,000 bill.

The records show ... A.I. never responded to the lawsuit ... so a default judgement was issued in favor of the jewelry store ... allowing A&C to collect $859,896.46 for the bling, court costs, interest and attorneys fees.

But A.I. still didn't pay ... so earlier this month .. the judge signed off on an order which allows the store to recoup their loss directly from Iverson's Wells Fargo bank account.

So far, it's unclear if the store has received its money. Calls to Iverson's rep have not been returned.

Halle Berry just arrived at the L.A. County Courthouse ... ready to do battle with baby daddy Gabriel Aubry.

Halle is trying to get a restraining order ... prohibiting Gabriel from having any contact with Nahla until the child endangerment investigation targeting him is resolved.

Sources tell us ... it's possible Halle will be required to testify today. Gabriel is trying to get an order firing the nanny ... something Halle doesn't want.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry Counseling Recommended for Nahla

Gabriel Aubry's custody battle royale with Halle Berry has taken its toll … the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services is recommending their 3-year-old daughter Nahla go into counseling … TMZ has learned.
There have been no allegations of Halle mistreating Nahla, but the nanny claims Gabriel screams at the child and has even violently yanked Nahla out of her arms. 

Both Halle and Gabriel are scheduled to be in court today. Sources tell us Halle wants the judge to prohibit Gabriel from having any contact with Nahla until a criminal child endangerment investigation targeting him is resolved. The nanny accused Gabriel of pushing her while she was holding Nahla ... which is what triggered the investigation.

And speaking of the nanny … we’ve learned Gabriel is also asking for a restraining order ... asking the judge in effect to fire the nanny because Gabriel believes she is making up stories to curry favor with Halle.

TMZ also previously reported that Gabriel has agreed to enroll in anger management classes to control his temple.

Mike Tyson Being Inducted Into the WWE Hall of Fame

Mike Tyson can now boast that he's a member of not one, but two halls of fame -- because the legendary boxer is going to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame ... TMZ has learned.

Tyson will be inducted during the ceremony at American Airlines Arena in Miami, FL on March 31. As has become tradition, WrestleMania XXVIII takes place the following day.

Iron Mike tells TMZ, "I am honored to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. I was the youngest heavyweight champion of all time, but the most fun I ever had in the ring was with WWE."

Tyson's history with the WWE goes back to 1998 when, after a confrontation with Stone Cold Steve Austin on Monday Night Raw, Tyson served as special enforcer for the main event at WrestleMania XIV between Austin and Shawn Michaels (see above).

Tyson made his return to the WWE last year, when he hosted Monday Night Raw.

Other non-wrestlers in the WWE Hall of Fame include Drew Carey, Pete Rose and William "The Refrigerator" Perry.

Kim Kardashian Stranger Danger at Home ... Cops Called

Kim Kardashian called police to her home in Beverly Hills when a stranger showed up at her gate with luggage ... saying he intended to stay at Kim's home -- TMZ has learned.

According to sources close to Kim ... the man showed up late last night. We're told he buzzed the intercom at her security gate and claimed Kim had flown him into town to stay with her -- and that he was supposed to be working on her reality show.

We're told Kim got freaked out when the man refused to leave and a member of her security detail alerted police.

It's unclear at this point if the man was booked for a crime. 

Lindsay Lohan I Don't Owe That Betty Ford Worker a Dime!

It took her six months, but Lindsay Lohan has finally fired back a response to the Betty Ford worker who claims LiLo assaulted her -- and to no one's surprise ... Lindsay is pinning all the blame on her.

Lindsay allegedly got into it with Dawn Holland (now going by Dawn Bradley) back in December 2010, while Lindsay was in rehab. Bradley filed a lawsuit last July against Lohan for the alleged incident, claiming assault and battery.

Attorneys for Lindsay filed their response in Riverside County Superior Court on January 10, claiming the entire incident was provoked by Bradley ... so Lindsay shouldn't have to pay her a cent. Lohan claims anything she may have done was done in self-defense.

Lohan also wants the court to force Bradley to pay for her court costs, plus any other relief the court sees fit.

There is really no other way to say it ... LeBron James just jumped over another to player to dunk a basketball. IT WAS INSANE!!!!

It went down during today's Bulls/Heat game. LeBron got a back screen, went up to catch the alley-oop pass, and just jumped right over John Lucas III of the Bulls.

You know it was bad because Lucas' name is the one trending on Twitter.

The dunk is somewhat reminiscent of Vince Carter's dunk over Frederic Weis in the 2000 Olympics (see below).

'Final Destination 3' Star Charged with DUI

'Terminator 3' Star Nick Stahl Arrested for Stiffing Cabbie

Nick Stahl found himself a little short on cash Friday night when his cab driver told him his bill was $84 ... so then Nick Stahl found himself arrested, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... when Stahl arrived at his destination in Hollywood, he told the cab driver he just didn't have the cash or credit to pay the fare. We're told the cabbie then flagged down a nearby officer, and Nick was arrested.

Stahl was booked at 8:52 AM on Friday and was not released until 3:42 PM the next day, after posting $500 bail.

Calls to Shahl's rep were not returned.

Demi Moore 911 Tape Whip-It References Redacted

The L.A. City Attorney recommended that all references to whip-its be redacted from the Demi Moore 911 tape -- and the recommendation was followed ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us ... the Deputy City Attorney assigned to the case heard references to whip-its and felt it would be an invasion of privacy if that information was released to the public -- so it was cut out of the tape, along with specific references to other drugs.

TMZ broke the story ... paramedics on scene were told Demi had used whip-its to inhale nitrous oxide just before she lapsed into semi-consciousness and exhibited seizure-like symptoms.

Now we know the person who called 911 also told the dispatcher about the whip-its.

Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez FINALLY Getting Along Reconciliation Possible

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have found the secret to getting along -- splitting up.

Sources very close to the former couple tell TMZ ... months before the breakup, there was virtual radio silence between the two.  We're told when they did talk, it was loud and contentious ... often ending in tears on Jennifer's part.

But since the split, we're told their bond has materially strengthened.  They are communicating and co-parenting well and not fighting at all.

We're told they're actually happy to do joint appearances for their new show, as well as charity work.

Sources say a number of people around them are saying there are signs of a possible reconciliation, although it is by no means certain.

Lady Gaga Russian TV Co. Sues Over Ill-Fated Performance

The Russkies are pissed ... claiming a doomed Lady Gaga concert screwed them out of $1.5 million -- and now, they're taking it to court.

TV Service ZAO -- a media company that owns the Russian music network MUZ-TV -- filed the legal docs in Miami, claiming it paid the $1.5 mil to book Gaga for the upcoming MUZ-TV awards in June ... but the deal fell through ... and they still haven't gotten their money back.

According to the lawsuit, ZAO attempted to book Gaga through a Miami-based management firm called NWE -- which claimed it had the necessary Gaga connections to lock down the pop star for the summer appearance.

But ZAO claims NWE was just blowing smoke -- and ultimately failed to secure the singer.

ZAO claims it has repeatedly asked for its money back, but NWE has refused -- and worse ... siphoned off $300,000 from the 7-figure sum as a broker fee.

ZAO is suing for ALL its money back, plus damages. Calls to NWE have not been returned.

Mary J. Blige and Toni Braxton Rocking Out to Bell Biv Devoe

No one can resist getting down on the dance floor when Bell Biv Devoe starts performing "Poison" -- not even Mary J. Blige and Toni Braxton!

Heidi Klum Still Ringin' It

Heidi Klum was spotted out in public this afternoon ... shuttling her kids to a karate class in Brentwood ... and still sporting her wedding ring.

Heidi was spotted wearing her wedding ring earlier this week (see below) but she had it turned around to cover the giant rock.


Seal was seen sporting his band as recently as Thursday night. He told Piers Morgan in an interview earlier this week that the possibility for reconciliation still exists and he wears the ring because "I'm still married to this incredible woman."

Etta James Christina Aguilera Sings 'At Last' at Her Funeral

Rev. Al Sharpton gave the eulogy and Christina Aguilera sung her classic song "At Last" ... as 300 mourners gathered at Greater Bethany Community Church City of Refuge in Gardena, CA for the funeral of legendary singer Etta James.

James passed away on January 20 at the age of 73.

Stevie Wonder was also in attendance. He performed "Shelter in the Rain" and sang The Lord's Prayer.

Sharpton read a note from President Barack Obama that said in part, "I know she will be sorely missed by all those who knew and loved her."

Katy Perry First Big Night Out Since Split with Russell Brand

Katy Perry made her first big public appearance in the U.S. since her split with Russell Brand last night ... posing on the red carpet with her BFF, jewelry designer Markus Molinari, at the grand opening of 1 OAK Las Vegas at the Mirage Hotel & Casino.

As TMZ first reported, Dr. Conrad Murray filed legal docs asking a judge to release him from jail pending appeal. He is asking to be released on no bail pending the appeal.

Murray says that if he is released, he plans to live with his baby mama Nicole Alvarez -- and would be willing to wear an electronic monitoring bracelet.

Moore -- a recovering addict -- had cases and cases of Red Bull delivered to her home as early as 2002. Sources connected with Red Bull North America tell us ... Demi was so dependent on the energy drink, the company used her to market the product. 

Sources from the Red Bull company tell us ... the delivery schedule was frequent enough to ensure Demi was never without Red Bull.

The Sun published a story today reporting ... in the months before Demi was hospitalized ... she was using Red Bull in place of food.  

Our sources say ... two weeks before Demi was hospitalized, she went to a Hollywood party and consumed a massive amount of Red Bull ... but never touched alcohol.

Mel Gibson Temple Tries to Shake Him Down!

A Southern California temple is trying to shame Mel Gibson into undoing a mess it created by taking out a jumbo loan on its synagogue -- a loan it can't afford to pay back.

Congregation Beth Shalom, located in Corona, sent Mel a letter -- obtained by TMZ -- in which it is requesting big money from the actor to prevent foreclosure.

Now here's the shameful part.  In a move resembling a dude accosting you for money at a gas station,  the letter reads in part, "Our proposal to you, Mr. Gibson, is since you have been cited as an Anti-Semitic, and have denied those allegations, what better way to prove to all your fans and the nay Sayers -- than to endorse and help raise funds for our cause -- SOS, Save Our Synagogue."

The letter ends with this: "Mr. Gibson, we offer you to be a Mensch and make a sizable contribution to our cause."

We know Gibson has contributed a fortune to a bunch of L.A. charities, including $5 million to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center -- a Jewish hospital.

Mel's rep tells TMZ ... he knows nothing about the request but wishes the temple all the best.

The real issue .... Who knew there were Jews in Corona?


A rep for the temple tells TMZ, "We weren't trying to shame Mel Gibson into giving us money.  We are approaching many celebrities and people of the community as well.  We thought because of his situation he would be very much interested in supporting our cause."

Ashton Kutcher The Party's Over ... Returns to LA

Ashton Kutcher finally touched down in LA -- two days after Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital -- looking far more concerned than he did earlier this week in Brazil.

Ashton was spotted partying hard at a Bruno Mars concert -- the day after Demi was hospitalized when she fell into convulsions at home. She was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital ... where she's been getting treatment for substance abuse.

Demi announced her plans to divorce Ashton back in November.

Kardashian Store 911 Some Creep Is Terrorizing Us

The Kardashians are so famous ... even their store has creepy fans -- this according to a recent 911 call ... in which a K-Klan clothing store employee begs for police help ... because some weirdo won't stop knocking on their door.

The call was placed on Monday by an employee of D-A-S-H in L.A. -- a clothing boutique owned by the Kardashian sisters -- but by the time police arrived at the scene, the creep had already taken off.

Sources tell TMZ, the mystery man in question had made a bunch of inappropriate comments that made the girls in the store feel uncomfortable. So when he left the store, they locked the doors behind him.

According to the 911 call, the man came back again and knocked persistently, demanding to be let in -- so one girl phoned police.

We're told the Kardashians are aware of the situation and are currently working with local authorities to track down the suspect. So far, no arrests have been made.

Demi Moore 911 Call Drug References Will Be Erased

The Demi Moore 911 tape will not be very revealing, because we've learned there's gonna be a lot of redacted information ... including the drugs she was using just before the emergency.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... The L.A. City Attorney is recommending that all references to drugs in the 911 conversation between the dispatcher and one of Demi's friends should be erased before being released to the public.  The recommendation is based on patient privacy.

TMZ broke the story ... paramedics on scene were told Demi had been doing whip-its ... inhaling nitrous oxide immediately before she fell into semi-consciousness and had seizure-like symptoms.

Ashton Kutcher Fist-Pumping After Demi Emergency

Just one night after Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital for inhaling too much nitrous oxide -- Ashton Kutcher hit up a Bruno Mars concert in Brazil ... where he fist-pumped his brains out.

The video was shot the same night Ashton dropped by a nightclub in Sao Paulo with a mystery female companion in a red shirt -- the same girl is standing beside him at the Bruno Mars concert.

As we previously reported, Ashton gave a Brazilian photog the cold shoulder when asked if Demi was okay -- giving no answer.

Seal isn't the only one clinging to symbols of his crumbling marriage -- Heidi Klum was also still wearing her wedding ring yesterday in L.A ... but with a twist.
