Eminem & Justin Bieber Smack in the Middle Of Korean Concert War

0328_eminem_justin_beiber_tmz_ex

It's the most unlikely pairing in any lawsuit ever -- Justin Bieber and Eminem -- but believe it ... because they're at the center of a new legal war over a concert in Korea ... that will never happen.

A company called Moonstone Management just filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court -- claiming it hired another company named J-Mike in 2010 to recruit either Eminem OR Bieber for a concert in Seoul, Korea ... and J-Mike never delivered.

According to the lawsuit, Moonstone paid J-Mike a down payment of $300,000 to secure one of the stars -- but J-Mike strung them along for months with nothing to show for it ... and eventually called off the deal without returning the cash.

Now, Moonstone is suing for its money back -- plus other unspecified damages.

Lindsay Lohan Criminal Record Creates 'Issues' For New Movie

0110-lindsay-lohan-getty-ex-1

Lindsay Lohan has just learned another lesson as to why crime doesn't pay ... because she's having to jump through hoops to get a Canadian work permit to shoot a movie that could jump start her career.

Lindsay has been cast as Liz Taylor in the Lifetime movie, "Liz and Dick," which will be shot in Toronto.   Problem is -- Lindsay has 2 DUIs and a theft conviction on her record, and Canada doesn't much like convicted criminals earning cash in Canuck country -- then again, they like money.

So, there is a very complicated process that Lindsay must follow to get a work permit.

Lindsay is in court tomorrow, where Judge Stephanie Sautner is expected to take Lindsay off probation for her Beverly Hills DUI case.  The judge is also expected to change Lindsay's status in the jewelry heist case, from formal probation to informal -- meaning she won't have to report to her probation officer or appear in court, as long as she doesn't break the law.

We're told Lindsay's lawyer is filling out the maze of paperwork required to get the work permit, and the results of tomorrow's hearing will make it easier.  It's a pretty sure bet Canada will give Lindsay the right to shoot the movie.

Lindsay Lohan is mentally prepared to move on with her life ... because she finally completed her court-ordered psychotherapy sessions ... TMZ has learned.

Lohan had been ordered to complete 18 sessions as part of her sentence in the jewelry theft case ... and we're told her last session finished up yesterday afternoon.

Sources connected with Lindsay tell us ... the actress feels therapy has "made an impact" on her life ... and she's learned different techniques to help her handle difficult situations in the future.

Lohan is due back in court tomorrow ... we're told she's hoping Judge Sautner will continue to be impressed with her progress ... and not sidetracked with that whole maybe, maybe-not hit-n-run fiasco.

Lauren Scruggs Calls Off Insurance War in Propeller Maiming

0328_lauren_scruggs_BN_01

Lauren Scruggs -- the model who suffered gruesome injuries in an airplane propeller accident last year -- is halting all legal action after agreeing to a settlement with the pilot's insurance company.

Scruggs had gone to battle with Aggressive Insurance Services because she felt entitled to more than a $200,000 settlement ... the most the company claimed it could give to a "passenger."

Scruggs had argued that she wasn't technically a passenger when the accident occurred because she had already departed the aircraft when she was struck by the plane's propeller ... losing a hand and an eye.

Now, both Scruggs and A.I.S. have jointly announced they have reached a settlement ... but the terms are confidential. We're guessing it's a helluva lot more than $200k.

12:00 PM PT: A.I.S. Division Head Joel Crisalli tells TMZ, "Details on a settlement of this type are privileged and are between the company and the family, any settlement discussions are privileged."

Crisalli adds, "As people, I have been as sensitive to Ms. Scruggs and her recovery as anybody else is in the country. She's a lovely young lady and this is a horrible accident. We don't want to do anything at all that in any way is going to make her feel bad."

Piers Morgan vs. Madonna She Will Never Be on My Show!

0327-madonna-piers-morgan-getty-EXDPiers Morgan has banned Madonna from his show but the reason is a mystery.

Piers tweeted Tuesday night, "Welcome to Twitter. You're still banned from my show. Love Piers X."

After receiving that tweet, Madonna's manager, Guy Oseary, tweeted back, "Really?" and attached a letter from Piers' producer inviting Madonna to be a guest on his UK chat show.

Piers then tweeted back, "Madonna has only been banned from my CNN show, not my UK show, which sent that invite. But I'm now banning her from that too."

As for why the bad blood, sources close to Madonna tell TMZ ... Madonna has no idea why Piers is mad at her, adding, "She doesn't even know who he is."

Piers said in January, 2011 he banned Madonna from his show for life because she's been "an irritant in my life for 20 years." The invite, therefore, on Piers' UK show, is baffling.

Justin Bieber The Housing Crisis Is Hurting Me Too!

0327_beiber_house_tmz_compsite_ex

Justin Bieber is suffering the effects of the housing crisis ... just like millions of other homeowners ... because he can't get the mortgage he wants on the house he wants to buy.

TMZ broke the story ... Justin has made an offer on a 9,000 square foot estate in Calabasas, CA ... a ritzy area with gated communities 20 miles from Hollywood. We've learned the hang-up is that the property didn't appraise near the asking price of $7+ million.

Justin could easily afford to plunk down the asking price, but we're told his business manager has insisted that he take out a mortgage, because it makes good financial sense. But we're told the appraisal has come in significantly under asking -- more than a million under. As a result, Justin can't get the mortgage his business manager wants.

So Justin and the seller are haggling over price, trying figure out if they can agree on a price that will allow the 18-year-old to get a mortgage. We're told Justin is willing to pay $6 mil but the seller is blanching because he sunk way more than that into the property.

It's tough for everyone in these difficult times. Well, not really.

The Rock Childhood EVICTION Drove Me to Become a Beast

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson says he owes his ENTIRE career to a traumatic experience from his childhood -- a traumatic experience that inspired him to spend every waking hour in the gym.

The confessional was shot for a documentary which chronicled the build up to the Rock's upcoming match against John Cena at Wrestlemania XXVIII this weekend.

During an emotional car ride, Rock opens up about the time he and his family were evicted from their apartment in Hawaii when he was 14 years old.

Rock says he'll never forget the look of despair on his mom's face when she tried to explain why he couldn't sleep in his own bed that night.

As a result, Rock says he resolved to change his life forever ... so he'd never experience anything like that ever again -- and the change began in the weightroom.
